Change is always happening....

Jeremiah 29:11 "I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
In 2014 my marriage of 33 years fell apart and I was devastated! I cried out to the LORD so many times, "Why?". I prayed for reconciliation, and it did not happen. I prayed for healing and for over 8 years I worked hard on healing and finding joy again. It was not easy and it was not overnight!
I remember many times I prayed to the LORD that I just wanted someone to love me for me, to love Him and to bring this person into my life. And God did that!
On October 12, 2022 I married this man! A man who loves me for me, loves God and Jesus Christ! We laugh together, cry together and give glory to God together! I am so thankful!! God knows the desires of our hearts and does have plans for our future!
I know without a doubt Jesus loves me for me and I could not find a greater love! The LORD also knew that I wanted to have a man in my life, a partner, who could see me for me and love me just as I am! I am so thankful!
With all of this being said, sometimes what we desire and what God desires for our life is not the same thing. If you find yourself in a place of wanting, take it to God, give it up to God and let Him have His will in your life! The blessings you receive will be beyond what you ever imagined or hoped for!
Will this mean that you will find your true love? Maybe...maybe not. But with God all things are possible! Healing is possible! New experiences of joy and happiness are possible!
God is the same yesterday, today and forever! We never walk this journey of life alone! Have faith and believe! God knows the desires of your heart! Take them to Him and let Him do His work in you, through you and for you!
I pray that you see God's presence and action in your life today and the days to come!
